Corporate Hospitality Coaches

Ellisons Travel Services, specalise in coaches that are ideal for Corporate Hospitality and Business entertaining.

Providing coaches for many of the Premiership Football Teams, our Premiership Range is a fleet of exceptional vehicles with exceptional facilities.  When you need to impress clients for an event, it is important that the right vehicle takes them there and Ellisons Corporate Hospitality is just that.

What makes a Corporate Hospitality Coach different?

For example the vehicles themselves are sumptious, but not over the top to be 'flashy', after all, you need to create a professional impression, not a 'tacky' one. 

The leather seating immediately makes an impact and the large number of tables means that guests can face each other, much more personal than looking at the backs of heads.  With on board toilets, having a drink on the way isn't a problem!,  no embarassment on anyone asking the vehicle to stop!

The Premiership Team vehicles, the Starliners,  as used by Liverpool, Tottenham, Chelsea and Everton Football Clubs, all have fully equipped kitchens, which enable light snacks to be prepared and drinks to be served easily with plenty of fridges and some  with icemaking machines, the football teams use it for injuries, but you can ensure the champagne remains cool!

You may have plenty of questions about how your event can be managed efficiently so the following should be a helpful guide with some suggestions.  Hiring a Coach information could be useful too.

Theatre or Concert?

On the way to the theatre or a concert, light nibbles could be served, with chilled  champagne for  your guests.  Ice Buckets provided,  keep it cool and either yourself or a hostess can keep everyone topped up.

On the return journey the coach will be warmed or cooled according to the temperature outside and waiting at a convenient spot to pick you up.  We give you the number of the driver if you are early or delayed.  What nicer, than a freshly made Cappuccino from the machine and a snack to round the evening off, or maybe a night cap!

Race Day or Golf?

A day out at the races is always an occasion and you will need a stylish clean, comfortable vehicle.  The ladies can be assured that their dresses won't be too crumpled before they arrive and the large lockers accommodate the largest of hats! 

Once at the Races or the Golf, the coach can be parked and used as a base for your guests to return to.  A  buffet style lunch or tea with warm pastries is ideal after walking around a large course and a chance to get away from the crowds. 

The coach will certainly stand out in the parking area, so you can easily meet up at lunchtime or the end of the day.  Perhaps put together a picnic,  before you depart, letting the traffic clear and setting off refreshed.

Hostess or your own arrangements?

A hostess is ideal as it takes the pressure off you.  A Hostess will discuss a menu with you, whether cold or hot and ensure it is served when you want.  They will also help with keeping everyone topped up and at the end of the day, do the dishes.  The kitchens aren't large and they are used to working on a moving vehicle.  Some vehicles have a central kitchen, others at the rear.  A central kitchen is great if you do decide to do it yourself as you can keep in touch with the guests.

If the coach isn't starting out from base (North West area), it is much more difficult for us to provide  hostess service  and we may need to work the logistics through with you.

Arranging things yourself is quite simple.  There is plenty of storage space on board including a large number of fridges, why not bring your own drinks with you.  We can arrange for the coach to be there in plenty of time for you to put what you need on board and the drivers are extremely helpful!  When your guest arrive you are completely relaxed and ready to enjoy the occassion with them.

 The Team vehicles always have cutlery, plates and glasses, just let us know exactly what you would like and we will make sure it is provided, such as Ice Buckets etc.

The kitchens although compact are fully equipped, a small sink/drainer, fan ovens - with timers and a Microwave.  M&S do a great range of nibbles, already in containers, that just need to be heated for a short time.  Warm Croissants for breakfast if an early start, will really impress, as will a bacon sandwich (easy in the microwave), after a late night.   Light snacks and nibbles on the tables makes it more of an occassion and we use real dishes!!! (there are antislip maps underneath!).

On board entertainment, by way of Bose sound (on selected vehicles) and DVD, will enable you to show your company video?!! Or  on Sky TV,  the latest updates from the Tournament or Race Track.  One company on the way to a Formula One Dinner Dance, wanted motor racing DVD's, if you want something special, let us know!

Business Meetings, Site visits,  Staff Training

The Premiership Range is ideal for business, because of the wraparound seating at the back.  Eight people can easily fit around the central table, allowing for meetings on the move.  

Visiting sites, or premises as a team is now easy, everyone together in one vehicle enables talks to continue and keeps the group together.  The large table at the back is ideal to spread out plans and charts.

Tea and Coffee is freely available from the machine,  so everyone can help themselves.  A few biscuits or rolls can keep things going while you move from one place to another in comfort.

For smaller groups theTourino in ourCorporate Range seats up to 24, it still has a rear kitchen, fridges, ovens and of course complimentary tea and coffee.  The DVD facilities and sockets for laptops, means that training and work can continue on the move.  Some vehicles also have WIiFi.

Moving everyone as a group, can work out cheaper and more productive than them all making their own way in cars or on the train.
